Dana Bronsteter, a current second year Media Studies student at the University of Guelph-Humber, is the type of person who picked up a camera one day and never put it down.
Her artistic talent lies in her ability to take everyday scenes and freeze them with a click of a shutter. As a photographer, the natural light she uses to enhance her photographs defines her style. Her subject matter ranges from bridges and churches to the intensity of the fashion photography industry.

FroshFest 2009 ended in style on the evening of Sunday, Sept. 13 with LMFAO bringing their party-rock vibe to the Humber Students’ Federation Amphitheatre.
LMFAO hit the stage shortly before 11 p.m. and quickly had the crowd jumping by kicking their set off with ‘Rock the Beat’. The twosome from Los Angeles started the show full of energy, feeding off the excited Humber crowd.

The exciting DWW performance was succeeded by an equally lively set by Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker (USS) who rocked the HSF Amphitheatre with an energy that was unavoidably contagious.
The boys appeared on stage in a flurry of sequins and bright 80’s glasses and immediately dove into their hit song ‘Anti-Venom’. Bright lights flashed in all directions, smoke filled the stage and fans went wild.

Down with Webster...

It’s rare that an opening act can steal a show, unless you’re speaking about Down With Webster, of course. Although USS and LMFAO each rocked the packed the HSF Amphitheatre, DWW (sticking to the odd theme of letters for band names) not only got the crowd into it off the bat, but also exhibited enough energy and talent to have headlined the show themselves.
