do we need to get a ticket if we have a Connextion card…in the info it says its free for card holders before 10, but with Deeannas reply it says we need one…which is it?

    • Daniel H   on Sep 07, 2011

Connextion card holders do not need a ticket. This event is Free to connextion card holders and the card itself will act as your ticket for entry.

  5. Ryan   on Sep 07, 2011

  6. Deanna   on Sep 07, 2011

If we have a connection card, do we still need to buy a ticket?

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Sep 07, 2011

Yes, you still need to buy a ticket. The conneXtion card gives you a discount on the ticket.

      • Daniel H   on Sep 07, 2011

Sorry for the miscommunication but connextion card holders do not need to buy a ticket for this event. The connextion card is your ticket to enter.

  9. Michelle   on Sep 06, 2011

Can I bring a guest who is not attending school at the moment? They just need government ID right?

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Sep 07, 2011

Both you and your guest need to purchase tickets. You need to prove that you are a current student, and your guest needs to provide government issued photo id.

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 30, 2011

The events are aimed at first year students, but we would not turn away upper year students!

So how do we purchase these tickets online?. Or can we just purchase them in cash or debit at our orientation at the HSF office?…

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 27, 2011

You can purchase tickets during orientation at the HSF bbq, or anytime at the HSF office.

yea, can we bring friends from other schools as long as they have a ticket?

  19. Sonia   on Aug 25, 2011

Can we bring friends from other universities/colleges in the gta?

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 26, 2011

Each Humber student can sign in ONE guest. The Humber student needs to show a valid student card (or a current timetable with government issued photo ID) and the guest also needs to provide government issued photo ID.

  20. stephanie   on Aug 23, 2011

Are events like this just for students living on res?

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 23, 2011

Every student is invited, not just residence students.

  21. Lisa   on Aug 20, 2011

    Where do we purchase tickets??

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 22, 2011

You can purchase tickets in the HSF offices.

  22. Brett   on Aug 18, 2011

So when and where can we pre-purchase events that require tickets ?

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 23, 2011

A limited number of tickets will be sold during orientation week (before classes begin) and the rest will be sold during frosh week (starting September 6).

  23. Kai   on Aug 18, 2011

So the party will be only for 3 hours? That’s a shame.

  24. Jessica   on Aug 17, 2011

    Hey,
So if we are in fist year do we need to buy tickets to all frosh events?

    • Humber Students' Federation   on Aug 18, 2011

Some of the events require a ticket (others do not) and for those you need to buy tickets.
