Exam time can get really stressful. The stress increases as you get more and more busy with work. Your student executives can definitely relate to you.
When school gets tough, just remember that it will all be ok. First step, calm yourself down a little bit. Next step, and an easily forgotten step, is to create a schedule. Write out a schedule of all the times you will be in class, all your work shifts and sleep time. Then, make a list of priorities from “urgent and important” to “not urgent and not important.” Now you put the things at the top of your list into your schedule first, working your way to the end of your list. When this list is done, you will feel like a weight has lifted off your shoulders. All of the information is no longer just floating around in your mind, it is written down and you can visualize how much work you have to do.
It is important to follow the schedule! Once you do it, you will feel a lot less stressed.
Enjoy!
